set off really late today...so din do much...went to espn zone for linch...really ex...though the food was ok...if u really like sports den i tink u'll enojoy ba..cuz they have big tv screens all showing sports..n heard tt there's only 8 in the whole world so we juz went in n take a look n eat lor...den supposed to go statue of liberty but by the time we reached, the ferry to take us there is closed!sighhhh i muz go back there another day!den went to chinatown n drink bubbletea n checked out the bus to atlantic city..woo hoo~~i'm gonna gamble in a casino for the first time!!will tell u guys more abt it after i've gone...den after tt returned to my fav place times sq!!pretty!!bought a planet hollywood shirt for only 14 bucks!hmmm tink i shall return again soon to buy chocs n hard rock shirt n mayb go to madame tussard's museum!cool rite??all these cost money money money!sighhhh...anyway i bought a 111.25 usd tic to see lion king broadway show..heard tt itz the best show..so oh well...gotta watch it...n anyway,i've spent 250 bucks on backstreet boys..so haha...this broadway show shld b worth it too rite??haha..n tml i'm gg shopping!!!finally!american eagle!abercrombie n fitch!hollister!nike!puma!dkny!guess!gtg sleep liao...build up my energy for shopping tml~~~

juz came back frm times sq...so i shall blog abt my first few days in nyc...hmmm first day once i reach,din do anything..juz slept for an hr plus den me n yicui went out for dinner @ this chinese noodle shop..not bad la..the noodles taste like s'pore's...2nd day was spent walking ard..went to un headquaters..n when we went times sq, we caught the phantom of the opera!but all we had was standing seats..shant complain since itz only 26 bucks..i kinda enjoy it..though it tends to get boring at certain parts..but the broadway show is definitely better than the movie...after the show we saw the other singaporeans who went on work n travel with us..so we had a gathering in new york...coool rite?kinda nice to see everyone again in another part of us n not richmond..haha

yesterday went to the financial district of new york...a pity tt the new york stock exchange isnt open for public anymore..it used to b,b4 the 9/11 incident..so we juz looked frm outsde,den went to brooklyn pic,took some pics den headed to the world trade center site..nothing much to see there cuz there were barricades all ard lor...the best part of the day was in the evening when huixin's uncle brought us to this malaysian restaurant where there were things like hainanese chicken rice, satay, n all sort of local food!!!i love it!but the thing is the local food is really ex la...eg the satay cost like usd1 for one stick...so in the end i c liao,i wanna eat but i cant eat...so kinda an agony haha..i wanna go home n eat!!!!!

officially at the last part of my program!!new york new york!!!hahaha..typed the part below while i was on the plane..n wanted to post pics but the connection here sucks!super slow...so i guess i'll post them another time!!

Currently typing this on the flight to nyc..the final part of my work n travel program...dunno whether to feel happy or sad...kind of looking forward to returning home to my family n frenz n satay n roti prata n cai tou kuei...but den again, gg back means sch work, projects n no more traveling.. :(
Anyway for the past 4 days in florida,i've only been to universal studios n Disney world..2 days for each place n I still cant cover everything!took tons of pics n watched tons of shows…universal esp was really gd for all itz effects...disney's mgm has a few rides like the Hollywood tower n aerosmith's roller coaster tt is not really thrilling but more of wow-ing u with all itz effects..can see y universal n Disney r so famous..they really put in a lot of effort in their service n decorations..u noe the dustbins even change to compliment the diff themes in diff parts of the park..
However, feeling kind of relieved now to leave Orlando..haha...past few days had been spent sleeping late, waking up early den rushing off to the parks to queue n play n run under the hot hot sun…n becuz I have a stupid cough tt wouldn’t go away, I had to keep away frm all the cold drinks n French fries...omg..everyday i've been eating bread bread bread!!!itz an agony to look at everyone drinking coke while I drink my plain water..n everyone is like eating fries n nuggets while I munch on my plain bread..wat a life...no matter wat, feel happy tt i've fulfilled my wish to go to Disney!kind of like a childhood dream tt I never tot would come true so soon la..haha..i tot i'd have to wait till i'm married with my own kids b4 I get to go Disney...haha..so yep!happy to go there...esp seeing mickey n the princesses..
Once I reach nyc, probably gonna catch a broadway show, walk ard n take more pics n of cuz go shopping!!!whee~~~we're gg to the famous woodsbury which is a super big factory outlet..i cant wait!!

i'm in florida rite now!!!haven visit any place yet...juz reached the resort...really pretty..got the hawaii feeling...tml most likely gonna go to the beach...hopefully can even out my disgusting tan lines...den after tt gonna go universal studio n disney world for the next few days!!!yay~~~i cant wait...mickey mouse...here i come!!!
yest had a hard time packing everything in..seriously man..i shld stop buying things..otherwise i wun b able to carry them back!when i was packing last nite, realised tt i bought 14 tops,2 jeans,1 pants,1 skirt,1 bag,3 jkts n 4 shirts for others..siao liao...but i still have a big shopping trip in nyc..hai..so dunno wat to do now...most likely gonna buy another luggage..haha...
really miss my colleagues!esp the turkish pple...last nite we juz hang out downstairs at like 2 am..they're really funny n nice...sigh..hopefully we'll b able to stay in contact...

officially 21 liao..a different exp to spend it overseas..first time spending it away frm home n away frm all my frenz..at least tt time in sydney i had fen with me...this time round it wasnt too bad..they had a mini celebration for me last nite which took me by surprise..cuz i was still watching gong with yicui b4 tt when she said she's gonna go look for zhiqian..since it waasnt the first time she watch halfway n go elsewhere,i din tink too much la..so when they all came in with a guitar n started singing happy bday, i was taken by surprise..

too tired n bz to blog these days..busy watching the korean show gong now..hahaha..finally i went on the skyfler..but not with jeremy haha..all thanks to stephen, this supervisor frm I-street, den i get to go on the skyflyer haha..it was scary..but super fun flying down..sort of like bungee jumping..first drop was scary but after tt still ok..hahah..hopefully can go on it once more..

today is so diff frm yest..sigh..had a really miserable day..spent like a million hrs in the sun..today i worked for like 10 hrs plus..tink i spent more than 9 hrs in the outdoor rides out in the blazing sun haiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii...i was either at slime zone blowing whistle n getting myself splashed by ppl running past, or i'm in toon pike,helping stupid kids push cars..damn it..at the end of the nite,i was sent to push cars again..kao..n the kids ride halfway they started crying n wanted to get off so i had to keep stopping the rides..damn it la..dun wanna ride den dun come in la..give me additional trouble only..n in the end i finished work so late..missed the fireworks..when the fireworks came on i was still pushing the bloody cars..sigh...felt really miserable today...suddenly feel like getting a hug...but no one's ard to give one to me :( can someone juz make me laugh n make me snap out of this miserable mood???

yest i had quite a fulfilling off day :) woke up at like 6+ juz to go white water rafting...hahaha..it was fun!initially,i was still quite scared la..cuz the guides kept talking abt all the things u have to do if u fall into the water..n they kept making disclaimers of not bearing responsibilities for any injuries or even death..den i was afraid tt if i do this n smtg actually happen to me,wat is my mom gonna do..hahah..turned out tt my fears were unnecessary la..cuz the guides were really gd..as in they were really cautious lor..we were really lucky in a way..cuz the guides said tt they have not seen the james river rise to such a ht in so many yrs n over the past few wks of summer the river was not as high..yest was 8 feet plus..n there were some pretty strong rapids which my guide said he had not seen those in yrs...so i felt we got our money worth! :) but i felt tt the strong rapids (those class 4 to 5 rapids) were actually quite little..prob abt 4 lidat..if the river was not lidat on normal days,i seriously dunno wat the heck the ppl raft on..where will they get the rapids to raft??the only thing i regret is tt we din buy waterproof camera to take pic..hai..so din managed to take any pic while on the raft.. so after the rafting, we took numerous pics to make up for it..haha

we were actually not so wet liao..but in order to have the feeling tt we went into the water,we showered ourselves b4 taking pics haha martin, one of the guide there..not our guide,but we talked to him alot cuz he went to japan to live for 8.5 yrs..hai..lucky never ban men nong fu my lousy jap in front of him hahaha..

after rafting me n yicui n huixin went carytown to the famous mom's siam for some thai food..it was really gd!the restaurant is one of the top 50 restaurants in richmond leh!n the boss,joe, was really friendly..he's a thai..family biz in us lor..anyway he may b gg back to thailand at the end of the yr for hols..haha..so if i go thailand to shop at the end of the yr,hopefully can look for him n he can show me ard..hahaha

the delicious spread of tomyam talay (a seafood tomyam soup), pad thai (noodles fried with chicken n dunno wat sauce..very sweet n nice!), taditional thai fried rice n chicken basil...damn nice la!!i'm gg back again!!!

after dinner, we went to the byrd theatre in cary town to catch RV which turned out to b better than wat i expected...anyway the movies only 2 bucks only..watch till damn shuang so i'm gonna try gg back every wk to go catch it..haha
n b4 the movie starts, will have someone playing the organ lor..yest he played america's national anthem n the whole theatre stood up!n when he played god bless america,everyone started singing..so patriotic..can u imagine wat happen if b4 we watch a movie, majulah singapura came on?i tink ppl will juz peng lor..
really enjoyed my off yest!!gd food cheap movie n fun rafting!!haha..gotta go work liao..looking forward to the fireworks tonite!!whee~~

i'm sent home early again!!!damn!third time in a row i din manage to do closing...the next pay check is gonna b lesser than wat i got the last time lor :(sian la..y keep sending me home??i prefer to do closing lor...sighhhhh
today's weather was stupid..it was sunny n hot n raining heavily..doesnt make sense rite??the whole weather here is damn messed up la..so i was sweating like siao n wearing a jkt to prevent myself frm getting wet -_- den later late afternoon it started raining really heavy so the park wanted to cut back stuff..n i was the chosen one..haiiiii so i was sent home at 615pm...felt abit depressed gg home early so i bot a little something to cheer myself up...care bear!!! 8 bucks!
i love itz droppy eyes! the grp of us who were sent homeee anyway regarding my colleague rite...saw him this morn n he said he went to stony point to look for us tt day! n the ladyfrm the restaurant (who we borrowed a phone frm to get a cab n later came out to look for us to tell us tt the cab is here) told him tt we juz left lor...so he made a wasted trip there..i felt so bad..but he's damn nice la!i was really surprised to hear tt he went down lor..so my initial impression of him is still quite valid..he's still a sweet n nice guy haha

arghhhhhhhhhh so paiseh..tml i dunno how to face one of my colleague....cuz yest me yicui n shuyuan had off..den there was this colleague who was supposed to go out with us..he fetched me home the day b4 yest mah..so we were chatting in my rm den yicui ask him if he wanna bring us out on sat den he said he dun ming..so on sat i called him but den he was still sleeping n ask me to call him back later..after we ate i called him back at 3 diff timings but he din pick up so me n yicui went shopping at stony point by ourselves..really dun wanna keep calling him lor.cuz i dun wanna keep pestering pple lor when i not tt shou with him...but ren suan bu ru tian suan..me n yicui missed the last bus home...sigh...n i tink we damn suay la..cuz the bus supposed to reach the stop at 920pm n we reached the stop at 915..but i itnk we were waiting at the wrong stop..this bus service goes in a loop la..den other than the stop we were at,there's another bus stop la..normally the buses here will reach early one n never late..den if they early they will wait at a place till the time is rite den they start gg back..sort of like the buses tt goes to changi airport...so i tink the bus was waiting at another stop,which we dunno where..n in the end me n yicui missed the bus lor..den in the end..haiiiiiiiii i callled my colleague n i had to hou zhe lian pi to ask him if he can come n get us..den i felt a bit awkward so i added if not can u help us find the cab number..den he dunno say wat la..but bottomline is he cant come n get us but he'll find the cab no n call us back..but he din..n when i tried to call him we couldnt get him..in the end we walked all the way back to the shopping center..n ask strangers for the no..stranger oso so unhelpful..say call wat 411..wat the hell..den we went cafe to ask for phone n help..after making like a million calls,finally got a cab...so hjow...i'm damn paiseh to see the colleague tml la..like i keep pestering him to fetch us or wat when i dun even noe him well lor..arghhhhh..y r americans so unhelpful huh...n americans like all talk no action one lor..like u talk to them all ok one la..like so nice..but when really got smtg huh..they all disappear without a trace..r they all lidat??hmmm...watever now i noe..but still i dunno how to face him tml!!!hahaha arghhhhh how the heck i get myself into this awkward situation??? -_-
anyway yest i bought 2 hollister tops, 1 american eagle jeans for only 20 bucks! n one a.e wallet for only 5 bucks!!all gd buy!but den watever money tt i've saved,already spend on cab back...sighhhhhhh

yest i ended work early..for no reason at all..someone flew me n yicui's aeroplanes..damn idiot..tt greg..he always say wanna bring yicui out for dinner den he finally said yest..n say till like so nice lidat..wat he off so he'll come n fetch her to go back hostel to change den will go out for dinner..n can ask us along...so i accompanied her lor...but in the end wat the hell la..he din even turn up n din even contact her to tell her itz off lor...bloody shit la..so in the end we ended work early for nth..n some more yest not enough ppl to close the park lor...first time wun send ppl home early n we requested to go off early..shit la..next time got a million chances to go home early lor..so in the end we lost abt 50 bucks all tog for not closing...tt irresponsible guy..wat the hell..cant believe tt i actually found him charming in the past...sigh..hate those all talk n no action ppl..seems like a lot of americans r lidat.. -_- so in the end me,yicui,sandra n huixin went to eat eastern buffet lor...the gd thing was i had quite a gd time during dinner..quallity time :) but still owe yicui cold stone ice cream treat..cuz of the dinner we were supposed to have,we ended early..bvut my side not enough ppl so in the end yicui ended up waiting an hr for me..so gonna split my tt one hr's earning with her by treating her to cold stone ice cream which is damn nice la..ate it tt day when i worked only 2 hrs..me,mingshun,huixin,zhengkai n qi jun went to eat it..they actually mix n make the ice cream in front if u..itz damn nice! yummmm n today's work was quite sian..seriously i was in a bad mood la..esp at ard 6 plus..juz feel like asking all the stupid kids to get lost..my face was damn black la..luckily the nasco ranking over liao..hahaha..n u noe wat!nickolodeon got first in the entire park!!wat a miracle!n kidzville (which is the area tt nickolodeon is in) got first..after 3 yrs at the bottom!n i heard tt nicolodeon was actually last among the last last yr..hahaha..so this yr damn gd la!i played a part in it!muz b the internationals credit la!we really work harder lor i feel.. feel quite happy..at least the passt few days of standing upright n trying hard to smile has finally paid off haha..the past few days keep kena spot checks by tt stupid sarah..(the manager)..tt stupid woman..dun really like her...but now ccan bo chap her liao haha..

these days never blog becuz i was too busy earning money n working hard for my travelling expenses...so now muz try n recall wat i did...
last sunday was off day for me!!!at first it was only me n sandra..we went to the jesich holocaust museum in richmond...made a gd choice...saw qinghan there..so we entered the museum tog..gained alot of additional info to the holocaust thing...hitler was more cruel n perverted than i had expected..u noe he actually wanna kill all the kews n leave 1 jewish family alive juz so tt he can put them in a museum n the future germans can noe how the jewish looks like...n he put jewish in cold sea water juz to see wat's the lowest temp tt a human can tahan if the german fall into the sea while fighting the war..still got many many more la..hitler was damn sick in the brain la i tell u...overall quite frightening la the museum..we actulally wear this headset n the narrator will tell u stories linking u to the surroundings as u walk thru the museum..den there was this part when the narrator n his family stayed in a tunnel..n we really had to crawl thru the tunnel with no lighting...n we entered this living quaters of theirs which was dark n scary..n while we listened to the narration,we met the narrator!!it was so weird...i;ve never seen a holocaust survivor b4!n it was so weird listening to him talk abt wat happened to him n den seeing him in real life...like wat sandra says,itz a bit like talking to a 'dead man' come alive...after the museum,we went to eat at crazy greeks restaurant..the narrator fetched us there...he was damn frenly la..70 yrs old liao..still very active n stuff..not at all like a 70 yr old man!so on sunday,i had gd food n a gd time..n gained some new insight too! a fulfilling off day,i would say.. :D
while in the museum,we took some pics..kinda weird..cuz we din noe whether to smile onot..smile like weird..dun smile oso weird so in the end all my expressions all damn weird..haha

i'm happy today!hee..becuz of my motivator..today my fren picked up the phone in our reporting room..den my fren said the call was for me..so i took the phone frm him..but i had no idea who would call me la..cuz no one calls me there..itz alweays for official biz mah..when i answered the call,the person asked me where's kevin,my lead...anyway the lead is not there la..so i juz told him mah..den i juz asked like who is this on the phone..den he said 'this is jeremy'..den my heart was like 'pompom' for tt 1 second..hahaha...he called n asked for me!hahaha..though this is juz a small n insignificant incident,i juz feel very happy leh hahha..n very motivated to work today..haha..have to find stupid little things to motivate myself to work la..otherwise cant survive lor..hahaso yupz felt happy today :D

oh ya..on fri we went to do sai gang again..but piece of shit..we missed the bus!damn!n no one waited for us...so 6 of us shared a cab down to the park..50 bucks leh!sigh...n we started work at like 130?n work ended at 5!when we tot it would end at 9pm!cuz the bus was scheduled to come at 9 instead of the usual 530pm!in the end,it turned out tt we were 'invited'to this associates nite..sigh...tt was quite a failure i feel...no one else turned up other than us s;poreans,who bo bian have to go becuz there's no bus home..n the whole 'party' was kinda sian cuz no one danced n stuff..sigh..i oso couldnt contribute anything cuz i dun dance..so..ya lor..felt kinda bad cuz afterall ppl put in effort to org it...but den..you xin wu li la..itz not me to get the party started..mayb when we missed the bus,it was actually a signal tt we shld skip work tt day..haha..cuz we only earned ard 15 bucks after deducting the cab fare..n in the end still had to waste time at the 'party'...

went to look at the liberty bell early in the morn..perhaps u all lidat c cannot c anything special..but if u read the stuff on it,i tink the bell quite meaningful..
after tt,we went for lunch!some bought noodles..i bought roast pork rice..tell u...itz ddamn gd!mayb becuz the owners r frm hk..so itz damn nice la!the food...better than s'pore's!
after lunch,drove abt 3 plus hrs to MARY-had-a-little-LAND..went hagerstown for shopping at the prime outlets..kinda isappointed though cuz din buy as much stuff..only bought 1 jeans,1 pair of bathing slippers n a cap for my bro..but at least i bought the levi's jeans for only 20 bucks! haha :) gd buy rite???
started driving back to richmond at 7..reach at 10 plus..n made it in time for our krispy kreme!!!yummy!!!hahahai love krispy kreme!!! tink i'll miss this when i go back :( n u noe wat's so gd abt krispy kreme other than their doughnuts?they always give out free samples!one whole doughnut for everyone to try!omg!where got this linda thing!hee..i love it!but tt day when we went,the person din give us the sample though we stood there for a long time n waited for them to give..even pretended like we dunno wat to order hahaa..but no use leh...tink have to depend on luck ba... but no matter wat,i still love it!!!

my pennsylvania road trip!!! woo hoo~~set off on wed morn at 7 plus in the morn??since i cant contribute to driving or reading map,i was put in charge of food..hahaha suits me rite the role hee..so i brought along some biscuits n sweets..

n prepared peanut butter bread! den off we go with all our barang barang!!

this time our car is damn lousy...no auto lock n window have to b wind down!wat the heck?!?!haha how can us have this kinda lao pok gai car..hahaha..but becuz itz the last available car,we had to take it...

hmmm past few days no updates becuz of the lack of connection..but now,i've bought cable!so once again,i'm connected to the world!!!nth much b4 the pennsylvania road trip,other than work n shifting house..nth much oso...hmmm still debating whether to transfer out of this dept leh...cuz the system so screwed den always wanna send me home...but now i tink my colleagues r fine leh..so dunno whether to change...oh..n tt day when i was working at the bumper car section,this stupid chipmunk ran into the bumper car section n i had to stop the whole ride suddenly n go chasing the chipmunk..n all the parents found it damn amusing la..haha...so i juz kept running ard in circles..but finally managed to get the chipmunk out..haha n all the parents clapped..haha..actually i damn scared of the chipmunk la..but becuz got customers ard,so had to act brave..haha..in fact my heart was like..wah lao..y the heck did tt stupid chipmunk come hereeeeeee..hahaha..but still pretty proud of myself :D

so long never blog becuz mon juz moved house to the hostel n there's no wireless there :( anyway i'm in philly now,in my fren's cousin's house...juz finished searching thru the maps for directions to go shopping tml n cant sleep..so juz dropping a little note to tell u all i'm still alive n kicking,though i almost froze to death on mon night...din buy/bring any blanket cuz i tot summer wat...shld b hot...den in the end damn cold la...i din even on the air con!n i was sleeping on the double decker bed so i was damn scared of falling off la so i juz stayed in a little corner of the bed.. n i had no pillow cuz again never buy cuz wanna save money mah...so tt night i was cold n miserable n stiff...hai...the night seemed to b endless den..kept waking up...last time u give me a bed,i'll juz sleep till daybreak la..but mon i was like..when the hell is the sun gonna come up?!?!...but survived tt nite la...den the next day i went to buy my blanket n pillow n bedsheet..haha...so once again,slept soundly thru the night! :)

today i had a good day :D firstly,i saw lor mee!!!after 1 week plus!!wahahaha...n the best thing was...he remembers me!!!he's supposed to b the cool guy n very bo chup but he remembers me wahaha...at first he came into the canteen n he din c me..after buying a drink he left the canteen..so i asked my fren if she wanna leave liao..afterall,itz time for work..haha..den when we went outside the canteen he was still outside on the phone..at first he like never c me,..den when he looked a second time,he acknowledged me!hahaha..den i hi back la..so happy! :D after tt i was more hardworking in sweeping the floor..even swept up the dried leaves..hahah..oh ya..i was sweeping the floor again today...screwed up system again..my kids section was not opened today den my supervisors scheduled us for work..when we reached there,they wanted to send us home..so we buay song den went to complain..in the end i was sent to sweep the floor again..but it wasnt as bad as the other day..mayb becuz of lor mee hahaha..made my day :D n oso today i met many ppl while i was sweeping,so can talk n sweep at the same time,not so sian..haha..so overall today's work was not bad :)
after work we went for mexican food..not bad..the guy who served us was very nice lor..explained all the diff types of food to us..the food was nice..though a bit spicy..but overall not bad...

today went to make my social security pass..after tt went for lunch at aunt sarah's pancake house...the food is good the other time we went..so we went back there again today..waited a lonngggggggg time for the pancakes...cuz they are understaffed by 5 pple..waited for i tink 45 min???n i was quite pissed la...but den later when the food started coming,they all came all tog n u noe wat?the person,i tink he's the manager or smtg ba..he started asking wat other things we wan...all for free!!!wahahha...
we ordered choc chip,strawberry,pancake platter n some chicken wings...yum yum.looks nice rite???
in the end we got onion rings,salad,fries,pancakes n some green peas etc for free!!!he juz kept asking wat we wan n watever we wan,he took them out!!!

initially we wanted to take away the 15% tips tt we were supposed to give la..but in the end,we decide to gave the tips back la cuz he was really trying hard to make it up to us...seems like the 15% tips is hard earned ba..in the end everyone at the table was satisfied...including me! :D hahaha..who wouldnt b rite??with all the free food...to tell the truth,i was even a l;ittle paiseh becuz when he asked wat else we wan,he uz kept taking out mnore stuff...dunno if we seem a little greedy leh..haha...hmmm..reminds me of the time when swensens in bugis only gave me 2 bowls of soup for forgetting my order twice!!if only s'pore oso provides such service..hahaha

the system at the park is quite screwed man...on sunday,many ppl got sent home earlier becuz they had too many ppl working..dunno whether i shld feel lucky tt i wasnt sent home..cuz tt day was freezing n raining n i was wearing shorts again..haha..tink i shld probably feel lucky i wasnt sent home ba..cuz those ppl who were sent home juz gotta hang ard in the park frm like 1pm till 9pm juz to wait for the bus to take us home...
oh ya,i tried 4 rides on sunday within 1 hr!(becuz i had one extra hr b4 my shift starts) my very first ride in the park was given to rebel yell..i totally underestimated it la!while the roller coaster was gg down,i juz freaked out..cuz i was sitting at the first seat n the slope was quite steep n damn long..i juz freaked out until i couldnt scream...quite terrifying..itz like my heart was juz in my mouth n once i open it will drop out..so i was juz quiet for the whole ride..i totally underestimated the ride la..scaryyy..after tt we tried shockwave,a ride in which u're standing up..but there's a support for ur butt la..in case ur legs become too jelly n u couldnt stand..tt ride was quite cool,cuz we were standing while we went 360degrees upside down...but it was super fast la!b4 i register tt i'm upside down,i'm already upright..haha..but this ride was not tt bad ba...after shockwave,i took dropzone,the freefall ride..for me it was the hts tt scared me la...the dropping wasnt tt bad becuz it was so fast..when i was falling,i was too shocked to scream..n when i got better n was ready to scream,i was already at grd level...so din scream lor...hahaha..the last ride was the anaconda..which was my fav for tt day..it was exciting but not too scary..many upside down turninsg,so this time,i was able to register the fact tt i'm upside down la..dunno how to describe the feeling la!juz come paramount n try la!it'z gd!!!haha..still got a number of rides like volcano n tomb raider n hypersonic tt i wanna try..these r damn gd...but gotta wait till i build up my courage den can try them haha

n our shopping spree begins!!!the prime outlet is the one u shld go to if u love cheap n branded stuff..they have brands like nike,ck,guess,ann taylor,oakley,fossil,polo ralph n many many more!we din even shop finish!!!we din even noe where n how to start!itz juz shop shop shop for the day!finally get to spend the mone we've beemn saving for the past week haha

nike was damn cheap la!i bought 2 jkts, each for only 6.99 n a shirt for my bro, oso 6.99 n one more for myself 9.99...everything is cheaper there!n whe the shop has clearance sale,itz super duper cheap!

while we were there,we met the 2 guys who ran off without us..so we went back tog n we went to this fab place called krispy kremes!the doughnuts is nothing like hose neighbourhood ones!!!itz super delicious la!!!juz look at the pics!!!dun they make u wanna eat one too???itz really really tasty lor!esp the original one n the lemon filled one!

we reached back our hotel at abt 11 plus lor...so tired...hahah..but the feeling was shieook!becuz got alot of gd deals n had fun!! :)

went carytown on tues...nothing much..din even buy anything for the whole day!itz a very lazy town where everything is slow...makes me feel sleepy..haha..we din buy anything frm carytown at all..mayb becuz we were too stingy to spend any money..but managed to take many pretty pics la...

there are a few interesting things ard here in cary town...first,there's this really old n famous theatre which offers movie tix at $1.99..cheap!but we din watch it tt day cuz the show was too late.. :( but we'll definitely go back there another day!den i found this sign...clothes tt dun suck???haha...cant find this kinda sign in sg... den there's this really cool shop which sells lots of interesting stuff..like this toilet paper with george bush's face..can u imagine wiping him on ur ass???hahaha
n outside the shop, there's this mirror which makes us really short n fat..hahaha..tt's not the real me ok! i'm still the same size....i hopeeeeeee

den there was this shop which keeps 2 cats..the cats can juz loiter abt the shop n lie on the goods..so when inside the shop,i was on high alert!in case of an attack frm the cats..

the longest time we spend in a shop was in the supermkt in cary town..cheap chips, cheap ice cream!lots of variety! i like!

too many kinds to choose frm..only $3.19!!!whoooooooo~~~

wah.....the weather today n yesterday had been freaking cold!!!when i talk,there's smoke coming out!!so we started breathing heavily juz to take pics of the smoke..hahaha

n on sunday,i tot the weather was gonna b hot like the past few days,so i wore shorts to work...n den after i started working,it started raining!!!n it became super cold la!!!my teeth was like chattering like mad n i kept jumping ard to keep myself warm...my god...i tot i'll juz freeze to death or something...n the stupid park dun even shut down when it rained..so we were juz standing ard in the wind n the rain,running the rides for a few customers...
look at us,all dry n clean n ready for work!
now look at how drenched n cold n unglam we were after work... it was really freaking cold!!n today,i wore slippers to work..u all noe how ur toes or wat can juz break off when it became too cold rite...when my feet became numb,i was kinda worried tt it would happen to me la...hahaha..i tink it was like 10 degrees these days...add in the wind..oh my god lor..u'll juz keep shivering la...oh ya..today i did sai gang again,becuz the park wasnt open...i was washing the stupid toilets...ok..actually juz the sinks..haha...but still,itz a shitty feeling to get out of ur warm bed n go wash the toilets...luckily there were no supervisors ard breathing down our necks making sure tt we work..so we get to fool ard a bit,posing in the toilets,n walking back slowly n taking pics of the work place..

today's the first time the park opens since i've arrived...wat can i say...hmmm...dunno whether to feel lucky or not leh...thruout the day,i was in a mini tower,which had 2 slides..basically this is in a playgrd for kids,but adults are welcomed to play too...so once i reached tt place, i had training n more training abt the place,den i went up to the tower n juz sat there n direct the kids to the slides..pretty boring..other than some kids who started talking to me,telling me tt the place is so cool,that it's taller than their house, tt their cousin is coming all the way frm pennsylvania to visit them...hahaha..there were some really cute kids la...kept talking to me n i couldnt understand them at times..in the end whatever they say,i'd juz go like...ok/tt's great/tt's gd..hahaha...but i like them...they're really cute...esp these 3 blonde boys..too bad i din have my camera with me to take pics of them :(
other than talking to kids, i oso managed to pull this dad up frm the slides....hahaha..it was such a funny n awkward sight la...he din wear his shoes,n was struggling up the slide..so i juz offered to help pull him up...n he grabbed my hand n i started pulling...but i dun tink i helped much la...but the bottomline was his position n mine was rather awkward as the 2 of us struggled to get him up the slide...hahha..luckily,everything was hidden n taking place in the slide, where itz not visible to anyone else...hahaha..other than his son la...
oh ya..the slides rite..they're really fun,esp this long yellow one..but there's so much static on the slides la!i keep kena-ing all the electric sparks while i was gg down the slides or climbing, or rather crawling, my way up the slides...other than tt, the slide's really gd!u can go really fast on it! :)
n finally, i muz talk abt my manager...haha..saw him a few times today...first time i saw him he was like "how're ya doing?" hahaha..totally made my day... :D finding him cuter by the min...hahaha..but after tt when i saw him downstairs,he was dao again :( when i was up on the tower, i managed to spot him a few times though...hahaha...i tink he went home after lunch..vcuz din c him later :( but anyway, he's gonna b my inspiration at work hahaha...he's cute! :D

first day of work

becuz i have too many grp blogs liao...i find tt i'm always repeating wat i'm saying on the blogs...so decided to create this indiv blog for u all to read,instead of me repeating myself all the time :)
anyway today was my first day of work after slacking n having orientation n training for the past few days...today's work was doing sai gang...in the morn,i went ard with my manager, the manager of kidzville,which most of u noe, i'm posted there...sighhhhh no shuai ges...will only have family men :( ...ok anyway, back to the manager.. he's 25 yrs old,been working at the park for 8 yrs ba...n he's cute!hahaha...anyway we went ard, learning more abt the rides..which are basically merry go round rides...sighhh
but the gd thing was the training was slack...n of cuz, my manager is cute..hahaha...he's got those gloomy look ...you1 yu4 look...hahaha..not bad la... :) but the thing is he not very frenly..like dun really like to talk..haha you yu wat..so itz always me asking him qns lor...i muz take a pic with him b4 i leave! hahaha...n he kept asking if me n my fren bought our own lunch la..as if he's scared tt he'll b stuck with us for lunch...haha...
bought subway for lunch...after lunch...went to sweep the park...siao laaaaaaaaa...itz freaking boring...den after tt i went to scrape the cement of the floor...tt was tough...my hands ah..cut so many times...sigh..
den while we were scrapping,my manager came...n asked for 2 pple..i jumped at the chance,tinking tt we'll b gg to test some rides again..but in the end..he wanted us to sweep one of the rides... hahaha..but tt's better than scrapping the floor i gues..n at least it was sweeping the floors with a cute guy hahaha
anyway i juz came back frm dinner @ hooters!!!hahaha..it was such a funny night!!!we went out for dinner to celebrate sandra's 20th bday..supposed to go a mexican restaurant,but a heavy rain brought us to hooters...it was fate man...haha...the first time i stepped inside i got a shock la...lots of guys, girls in short shorts,and plenty of noise and smoke...i like our waitress...she was damn patient with us...pretty too :)
it was a pretty fun night...many ppl inside were damn friendly..juz kept coming over to our table to talk to us..mayb becuz we were the biggest grp of girls there...there was this guy who juz freak me out la..he was like trying to appear in every single pic we take!everytime we wanna take pic,he'll juz stick his head in somewhere!n he seems to b overly frenly n touchy..anyway the thing is, it is IMPOSSIBLE to take a pic with juz the grp of us without having someone sticking his head in lor...haha...mayb itz their culture here ba...juz being frenly??
anyway it was gd tt we came to hooters...cuz they sing bday songs here..like fish n co..so they sang for sandra...everyone in hooters..it was very re nao n memorable ba...but the funniest thing happened when we were leaving the place..we left by the wrong exit..n when we pushed the door,the alarm sounded la...n everyone turned n looked at us...so paiseh la!!!ppl juz kept laughing at us n we were like...huh??wat the hell happened???den the pple started laughing n yelling happy birthday la..n we juz kept laughing n laughing all the way to the exit...one of my frenz even tot tt the alarm qsounded becuz we were the 100th customer or something den we had won a prize..hahaha...but all in all, it was a fun night :)
